- NA The Department of the Army has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide interior and exterior painting and miscellaneous repairs at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The period of performance is a Base Year with 3 additional 1 year option periods. The work shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning, priming, painting, miscellaneous repairs of exterior and interior surfaces of buildings, and roofing. This procurement shall be 8(a) competitiv e. The competition shall be limited to 8(a) certified construction firms located within the geographical area serviced by Small Business Administration (SBA) within Region IV and other construction firms having a bona fide branch office located within the geographical boundaries of the relevant competitive area. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. NAICS Code for this procurement is 238320; SIC code is 1721. This project has a guaranteed minimum of $25,000 per year. Magnitude of thi s project is estimated at between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for the entire performance period. The best estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about November 13, 2002.
