- The original description is replaced with the following - Maintenance for the following APC equipment: Equipment list: 2 APC Model DP380E-208V; 2 IntraPack Battery Pack Model IP3E-96370-192-3-2D; 2 SL0901625 Service Bypass Panel. Contract Configuration (2) WONSITE4HR-SL-12, (6) WXBTONSITE-BT-15, (4) WPMV5X8-SL-12, (12) WXBTPMV5X8-BT-15; Unlimited corrective UPS maintenance - All parts, labor and travel included. Two (2) major PM visits to be performed at customer's convenience other than Sundays or Holidays. On site emergency response with 4-hour response time. 7/24 emergency phone service toll free 800 number. Two (2) battery preventive maintenances to be performed at same time as electronics inspection. Contract Term - One base period plus a one year option period to be exercised at the government's discretion.
