- NA This is a modification to a previous notice to correct the response date to October 28, 2002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION DACW03-03-T-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by Little Rock District Corps of Engineers, PO Box 867, Little Rock, AR 72203-0867. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acq uisition Circular 2001-09. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333911, however, this acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis. Quotations are due on October 28, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. All documents required for the offer submittal, inc luding amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Fax quotations are not allowed. Offerors are advised that only offers submitted on a firm fixed price basis will be conside red, and that offers submitted on other than a firm fixed price basis will be rejected. Quotations are sought for the following Contract Line Items (CLIN): CLIN 0001 (5 Each) Farval Model CS 22101, central pumping unit having 100 pound steel grease reservoir with hi-low level warning switch, three-phase 440V electric motor, DR45K reversing valve kit with pressure gages and cycle switch. Pump 10:1 ratio flow rate @ 1800 rpm. CLIN 0002 (5 Each) Farval Model LC14009C, which includes: Farval SS4500 programmable solid-state controller, 110VAC, 50/60Hz operation, motor starter, thermostat with heater strip, and door mounted indicator lights. CLIN 0003 (55 Each) Farval Model DD 52250, Measuring Valve, two discharge ports with stem and adjustments. CLIN 0004 (80 Each) Farval Model DD58250, Measuring Valve, eight discharge ports with stem and adjustments. CLIN 0005 (15 Each) Farval Model DD54250, Measuring Valve, four discharge ports with stem and adjustments. CLIN 0006 (5 Each) Farval Model DM62101A, Measuring Valve, two discharge ports with stem and adjustments. No substitutes for the above items are allowed. Offers for other than the above brand/model will be rejected as nonresponsive. Your offer should show both a unit price for each item and a total amount for each item. O&M MANUALS Two Operation and Maintenance Manuals are to be provided for each unique line item. Items are to be delivered FOB Destination to Ozark Powerplant, Hwy 309 South, Ozark/Webb City, Arkansas 72949 within 60 days of receipt of award. Deliveries can only be made Monday ? Thursday.
