- NA The United States Army Alaska intends to award a sole source contract to Harveys Welding and Fabrication, 32 Kathleen Drive, Haines, Alaska 99827-0448. Caretaker shall maintain observation over equipment, material, fencing, and buildings at the United St ates Army Haines Terminal and Pump Station, Haines, Alaska. Area to be observed is approximately two hundred three (203) acres. The Installation includes the Tank Farm Proper and Marine Dock.
