- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this solicitation (RFQ) must make reference to solicitation number F0469301T0006. Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) proposes to procure one platform hydraulic tool that meets the following specifications,Contract Line Item Number(CLIN)0001: Trailer mounted lift, 8 horse power, model E-47I to include hydraulic tool circuit, model 17101. Product should be Eagle 47I OR EQUAL, FOB Destination price. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. Size standard is 500 employees. North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) is 333923. Interested vendors have five (5) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote. Required delivery at Los Angeles AFB is 30 days after contract award. Anticipated award date is contemplated as 8 Nov 02. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXEMPTIONS. In order to register, apply through the Internet at http://www.ccr2000.com . A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, ?Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items? applies to this acquisition and addenda are not attached; FAR 52.212-3, ?Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items? applies to this acquisition and a completed copy of the provision should be provided with the offer. The provision may be copied from website http://farsite.hill.af.mil . FAR 52.212-4, ?Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items?; DFAR 252.204-7004, ?Required Central Contractor Registration?, and FAR 52.212.5, ?Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items?, including the following subclauses, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52-222-35, 52.222-36, 52-222-37, 52.225-3 (Alt I), 52.225-13, 52.232-33, and 52.233-3 apply to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-2, ?Evaluation-Commercial Items?, also applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of lowest price, technically acceptable.
