- Synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW FAR 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation, requirements are listed in this synopsis and no statement of work will be provided; proposals are due by 01 November 2002, 2:00 PM MT. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions & clauses are governed by FAC 2001-01. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is unrestricted. NAICS Code is 811212, dollar $18,000,000. Proposals are requested for Solicitation FU8ARP22950100. This proposed action is full and open competition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, repair parts, (new or remanufactured) and all other items to repair and maintain the following: Line Item 100- 102 each AR-5132A Network copiers. Line Item 103- 110 each Sharp model SHA-SD2060. Line Item 111-118 each Sharp model SHA-SD2260 copiers. Line Item 119-119 each SHA-M450. Line Item 120- 120 2each SHA-5450 Fax Machine, Line Item 121-121 each SHA-6500 Fax Machine, Line Item 122-122 16each SHA-6600 Fax Machine, Line Item 123-123 6each SHA-6700 Fax Machine Line 124-124 3each SHA 6700 Fax Machine, Line Item 125-125 11 each SHA-6700 Fax machine. All accessories for the copiers, fax machines and network hookups to be included. The proposal should be predicated on an estimated 2,728,000 copies per year for all copiers. The service agreement will be for unlimited repair calls per month. The contractor will not provide supplies. Service is to be provided within 4 hours after the call for service is placed. Service is to be provided at HQ ARPC/SCS 6760 E Irvington Place #6700, Denver Colo. 80280-6700. The contractors service personnel shall be factory trained and authorized by Sharp Electronics Corporation. The performance period will be for 12 months. IAW FAR 52.212-2 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value, Price, and Past Performance. Offers must acquaint themselves with the regulations concerning Commercial Item acquisition at FAR 12.
