- The purpose of this project is for a contractor to provide an Environmental Impact Statement by conducting and documenting the analysis of potential impacts from the re-issuance of the 5-year Special Use Permit for helicopter skiing on Wasatch-Cache and Uinta National Forests. The estimated period of performance for the project will be 2 Dec 2002 through 15 Oct 2003. The approximate posting date for the solicitation (RFQ) will be 22 Nov. 2002 to this same website.*****
