Description

Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 40,000 rentable square feet and approximately 35,842 of usable square feet of contiguous US Court related space in Aberdeen, Mississippi. This space will house the US Bankruptcy, the US Marshals, and the US Trustees. Location: This is a predetermined site donated by the City of Aberdeen, Mississippi. The site is located within the Stinson Field Industrial Park, City of Aberdeen, Monroe County on Highway 145. The site location containing approximately four (4) acres. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Total number of onsite parking spaces to be determined at a later date. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2004 or sooner. Interested parties must have experience in Court related projects or similar type complex projects of 30,000 ? 50,000 gross square feet within the last five years. Lease Term: Term is 20 years, 10 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 10 years.
