- The project consists of growing an estimated 3,250,000 containerized conifer tree seedlings. Container size, species and estimated quantities will be: 15 cubic inch cell volume Douglas-fir, 1,025,000; 10 cubic inch cell volume Douglas-fir, 1,975,000; 10 cubic inch cell volume Sugar Pine, 250,000. The proposed procurement is approx. 50% set aside for small business. Project sites are located in Western Oregon.
