- NA The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain maintenance/inspection of approximately 22 miles of railroad trackage located at Fort Eustis, Virginia as required by Army Regulation 420-72. This RFQ is a synopsis for maintenance in accordance with the forma t in FAR 5.207. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3743 Railroad Equipment. This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for small business with 500 employees or less. Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation .
