- NA The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center - West (ITEC4-W), located at Fort Huachuca, AZ is providing this notification to announce the solicitation of offers to provide the necessary manpower and technical expertise the 1110 th Signal Battalion requires for the following O&M support: general support and maintenance on the GIG equipment; preventive maintenance, install and repair electrical and plumbing lines, conduct minor building maintenance and repair, operate and maintain facility Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX), conducts communications reliability and quality testing and sets up, activates and provides telecommunications services. The contract will consist of a basic one year period of performance with 4-one yea r option period. This acquisition will be totally electronic, therefore NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED. The solicitation can be accessed via the FedBizOps website at www.eps.gov or Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at htt p://acquisition.army.mil. This acquisition will be full-and-open competition with NAICS code 811213. The date for the preproposal conference and/or site visit will be 5 November 2002. Currently it is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about 29 October 2002.
