- This will be a Firm-fixed price for the following components of the Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) System: Signal Data Converter, applicable to APN-232, NSN 5895-01-445-1432CW, P/N 85900000-04, Quantity: 14 each. Required delivery is 30 Sep 03. The approximate issue date will be 5 Nov 2002 with the approximate response date of 6 Dec 2002. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
