- Description
- The New Mexico VA Health Care System, 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 has a need for healthcare medical resources to be furnished by the contractor. The contractor shall provide Primary/Preventive Care services to eligible beneficiaries at the contractor's facility in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. Clinical services shall be provided to all veterans upon eligibility verfication and enrollment in the contracted primary care clinics. The requirement is for two separate CBOCs. The two locations are Espanola, New Mexico and Las Vegas, New Mexico. The clinic must be within the boundaries of Espanola, NM and Las Vegas, NM. The contract will be for one base year with four one year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. It is estimated that there will be 1175 eligible veterans enrolled during the base period at the Espanola, NM CBOC and 720 eligible veterans enrolled during the base period at the Las Vegas, NM CBOC. During each of the option years, the total number of enrolled patients is estimated to remain constant at 1175 for Espanola, NM and 720 for Las Vegas, NM. The NAICS code is 621491. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 1, 2002 and will close 30 days thereafter.
