- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotes to provide the VA Chicago Healthcare System de-ionized water service to the Hemodialysis section of the VA Hospital, West Side and Lakeside division starting approx December 1, 2002. Period of performance will be base year plus four option years. Contract type will be firm fixed price issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. The NAICS number is 221310. Electronic version and hard copy of the solicitation will be available on or around October 16, 2002. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
