- Description
- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Latham & Phillips Ophthalmic, 3435 S Post Rd, Indianapolis IN 46239 to provide seven Kowa Optimed Non Mydriatic APHA I Imaging Packages (Sowftware without computer hardware) and seven Cline Motor Table with Top for use by optometrists throughout VISN 11. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes only one responsible source can provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses on or before October 30, 2002 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information must be submitted to the Richard L.
