41 18-TON ROOFTOP GAS HEAT/ELECTRIC AIR WITH CURB ADAPTER AND COIL COATING FOR SALT-AIR EXPOSURE REQUIRED FOR THE FEDERAL PRISON CAMP, EGLIN AFB, FL. UNIT MUST BE AN OUTDOOR ROOFTOP MOUNTED ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED HEATING AND COOLING UNIT UTILIZING SCROLL HERMETRIC COMPRESSORS FOR COOLING DUTY AND GAS COMBUSTION FOR HEATING DUTY. SUPPLY AIR SHALL BE DISCHARGED DOWNWARD OR HORIZONALLY WITH HORIZONAL SUPPLY/RETURN CURB ADAPTER ASSEMBLY. STANDARD UNIT SHALL INCLUDE A MANUAL OUTDOOR-AIR INLET. SOLICITATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT 11/05/02. REQUIREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET A SIDE AND ALL RESPONSIBLE, SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A BID FOR CONSIDERATION.
