- *****The following solicitation will be issued on or about October 31, 2002.***** The EOP II is a consolidation of computer, management and technical support services required by the individual programs under EIA. EOP II consists of five (5) major Functional Areas of which Functional Areas 4 and 5 include Sub-functional areas where a contractor may choose to propose on only those areas of interest. The Functional and Sub-functional areas that capture the major business lines within EIA are as follows: (1) Information Management and Product Production; (2) Energy Analysis and Forecasting; (3) Communications Services, Records Management & Administrative Support; (4) Information Technology (IT) Support Services in the areas of; (4A) Facility Management, Enterprise Server Support, Network Operations, Network Communications, Internet/Intranet and Technical Documentation; (4B) User Services Center; (4C) Database Administration and Support, Systems Development and Software Maintenance; (4D) Security and Administration Support; and (5) Energy End Use Surveys in the areas of; (5A) End Use Surveys Sample Design and Selection; (5B) 2003 CBECS Energy Supplier Survey; (5C) 2005 RECS Household Survey; (5D) 2005 RECS Energy Supplier Survey; (5E) 2007 CBECS Buildings Survey; and (5F) End Use Special Studies, Statistical Analysis and Methodological Development.
