- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Plant Division has a requirement for the design, delivery and installation of a radiation shielding enclosure for a 20 MeV Varian Accelerator Facility in accordance with the statement of work, recommendations of the National Council on Radiation Protection and the Varian Accelerator manufacturer. The period of performance shall be 30 days from date of award. FOB Destination ? Gaithersburg, MD. This requirement is being procured under full and open competition with best value source selection. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. The RFP is anticipated for release on or about October 31, 2002 and will only be available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under RFP No. SB1341-03-R-0002. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. There is no written solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained.
