Description

The purpose of this amendment to solicitation F04684-02-T-0075, is to amend the Presolicitation Notice posted 23 Jul 02 and to change the description form a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to a Synopsis only. The following information is provided as the new Description: The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is soliciting offerors for Hospital Laundry Service for Vandenberg AFB, CA. This solicitation is for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The NAICS Code is 812320 and size standard if $5 million. The period of performance will be 01 Oct 02 - 30 Sep 03 for the base period, with 4-one year Option periods to follow. Offerors must submit a written response, mailed or faxed and received no later than 2:00 p.m. PST on 26 Aug 02, to Yolanda Butler, 30 CONS/LGCB, 806 13th Street, Suite 2, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5226. Mark on the exterior of the package "RFQ F04684-02-T-0075." Oral responses will not be accepted.
