- This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on this web site on or about 10 August 2002. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set aside. The solicitation document, which will be available on this web site, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 442210 with a size standard of $6.0 million dollars. The contractor shall provide management, personnel, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform Flooring Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Columbus AFB, Mississippi. The anticipated period of performance is 19 September 2002 through 30 September 2003 for the basic period plus two one-year options. The minimum amount for the life of the contract is $25,000.00. The maximum amount will not exceed $500,000.00 per year. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to: 14 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: MARIA FINAN, 555 SEVENTH ST, ROOM 113, COLUMBUS AFB, MS 39710. The tentative due date for all quotes will be by 4:00 PM CST on August 25, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-AUG-2002).
