- Synopsis: This is a SOLE SOURCE fixed-price spares buy solicitation for 59 each Radio Altimeters, NSN 5826-01-124-4793, P/N 622-3890-008, applicable to ASQ-141 Flight Director System for the C-135B. Requirement also includes Option 1 for quantities of 1-20 ea and Option II for quantities of 1-20 ea. Delivery: 59 each Jul 03. The approximate issue date is 26 Jun 02 with a response date of 26 Jul 02. The buyer is Ruby McCarty, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
