- Description
- The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is soliciting offers to construct a Fire Training Simulator, Four Story Tower with Annex. Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control, and supervision necessary to complete the work. Refer to solicitation number F04684-02-R-0023. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 233310. This project is unrestricted. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 90 days from the date of notice to proceed for this project. General Wage decision no. CA020023, modification no. 9, dated 7/19/2002, applies to this solicitation and any resultant contract (http://access.gpo.gov/davisbacon). The following information is applicable to this wage decision: construction type-building and county-Santa Barbara. Offerors must be Central Contractor Registration (CCR) certified in order to receive award of this Contract (http://ccr.gov). The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 19 Aug 02. Any updates or changes to this RFP will be posted on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Offers must be submitted as written responses using the attached SF 1442 package, mailed or faxed, and received no later than 3:00 pm PST on 18 Sep 2002. Oral responses will not be accepted. Validity of proposal is for 60 days from the date of the proposal. Please include the solicitation number on all correspondence dealing with this acquisition.
