- Description
- Notice of intent to issue a purchase order for a part-time information technology consultant for non-personal advisory and assistance services. The contractor shall provide a variety of critical data analysis, synchronization and issue resolution services including: (1) reviewing and analyzing modernized EDGAR report algorithms and output data to ensure that reports are consistent to those provided in the legacy system and that applicable legacy criteria is being applied correctly; (2) reviewing and advising the SEC Office of Information Technology staff of the actions necessary to resolve the issues. The contractor shall identify and resolve the post-modernization data discrepancy issues to ensure that all legacy EFFS data is accurately and completely reflected in the EDGAR database. The contractor?s expertise and experience shall be directly applicable to the data synchronization support services tasks solicited to resolve issues between the modernized EDGAR and legacy EFFS filing data.
