Description

NIMA intends to modify contract NMA40299C0011 with AKIMA Corporation to incorporate pricing for option periods five through nine included in the original contract. The contract authorizes base operations and support services for the NIMA South Second Street Facility, St. Louis, MO with some on-site support provided at the NIMA Arnold, MO facility. The contract includes materiel management, janitorial services, security access control, snow removal, grounds maintenance, elevator maintenance, EMCS maintenance, badging office support, construction services, systems furniture storage and installation, protocol services, disaster preparedness services, refuse removal, security support, site safety support, water treatment, pest control, nursing services and various facility maintenance and repair services. NIMA will continue to transition facilities support services to the contractor under the Attrition Model Plan. This pricing action is done under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). See note 22.
