- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE FINDLAY, OH The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,850 rentable sq. ft. of office space with on site parking for 34 vehicles within the city limits of Findlay, OH. Acceptable buildings and build-to-suit projects will be considered. 6,850 rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 5,960 BOMA useable square feet of office space. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December of 2003. The offered space should be fully serviced and must be able to meet all Government requirements, including Fire & Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. After an on-site survey by the Government, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The General Services Administration is utilizing a tenant broker, Spaulding & Slye, LLC, to represent the Government in this procurement. Expressions of interest should include building or site address, a map of the location, and a site, elevation and block plan, if available. All respondents must demonstrate, in writing, that they are the legal ownership entity of the site or have authority from the legal ownership to represent the site.
