- NAICS Code: 721110 This is modification 2 to the original synopsis, published in FedBizOps on 10/09/02, to clarify the requirements for the Technology Transfer Conference. Meetings will probably start at 8:00am and may end on some days as late as 6:00pm. The final agenda has not been approved. Sleeping rooms are for evaluation purposes only, as stated in the original synopsis, "Bidder must be in Cocoa Beach area and able to provide at least 300 sleeping rooms for 4-5 nights; rooms will be acquired by participants under a separate order." To clarify: Room nights should be available between January 26 and January 31, 2003. There will be a rooming list; individuals will call EPA staff for room; check out by, February 1, 2003. Posters for poster session in large lobby will be mostly stand alones. Large registration area needed (i.e., lobby); local phone service within the area should be at no cost.. AM/PM breaks are the only food arrangements. Decision on lunch arrangements is up to the individual participant; length of time for lunch has not yet been decided (mtg agenda not totally set). All other terms of the original synopsis and Modification 1 remain unchanged.
