Dr. Dale Hattis, a research professor with Clark University will be tasked with performing analysis of dosimetric issues across life stages, both for experimental animal species and humans and extrapolation of data from animal species to human. Dr. Hattis is an internationally known expert in the area of biostatistics, dosimetric modeling, uncertainty analysis and health risks assessment of environmental agents. He has published 179 scientific papers in the area of health risk assessment, inter-individual and population variability in humans to risk of environmental agent, genetic and lifestage susceptibility, toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics and implications of qualitative and quantitative cancer and non-cancer health risk assessment of chemicals. This notice is not a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. However, any firm believing itself capable of meeting EPA's requirements may submit technical documentation to establish the potential of complying with the Statement of Work by no later than 10/28/02.
