- The purpose of amendment 1 to the solicitation is to extend the deadline for submissions from 3:30PM local time on 10/15/02 to 3:30PM local time on 10/29/02, and to replace the provision at 52.211-8, Time of Delivery, ALternate I with the provision at 52.211-8 Time of Delivery. The delivery dates have been amended. The United States Environmental Protection Agency, in accordance with the acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Part 15, intends to issue a sole source contract to LogiChem Incorporated. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511. Title: OncoLogic: An Expert System for Predicting Carcinogenic Potential of Chemicals for OPPT. The contractor shall assign to EPA all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights to the OncoLogic software, which was developed under cooperative agreement between the EPA and LogiChem Inc. The anticipated Request for Proposal issue date is on or about 09/12/02.
