- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington (FISC Washington) intends to procure officials, scorers, and timers for various intramural and varsity sporting events for the Morale, Welfare, & Recreation (MWR) of Naval District Washington (NDW). The sporting events will be conducted at NDW Anacostia, Nebraska Avenue, and Andrews Air Force Base Naval Air Facilities Support locations. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Item, and this will be procured using full and open competition. All capable vendors are encouraged to propose. The government intends to pick the offeror who provides the best overall value to the government for this requirement. The Period of Performance will be 18 October 2002 to 30 September 2003. The requirement is for a contractor to furnish fully trained and qualified personnel as required to serve as officials, scorers, and timers for various intramural and varsity sporting events The full solicitation, with all applicable attachments, will be available at the following website: www.neco.navy.mil.
