- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis, Intake Family Therapist Services for Navy and other military families at the Fleet & Family Support Center, Great Lakes, IL. The contractor shall provided one Licensed Clinical Social Worker to perform screening, evaluation, information and referral, and brief term counseling for individuals, couples and families. The contract employee shall provide services during normal FFSC hours of operation (0730-1600) Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. Award of firm fixed price contract with a base period of 01 Jan 03 through 30 Sep 03 with three one-year option periods is anticipated. The request for proposals (RFP)will require the submission of price and technical offers to include a review of past performance. The applicable NAICS is 624190; the small business size standard is $6MIL. Release of the RFP will be via the internet. Interested parties may download the RFP upon its issuance at www.neco.navy.mil. It is imperative that interested parties review the NECO website frequently for any updates/amendments. Numbered notes 1 and 26 apply.
