Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, PA intends to acquire access to ILS Internet Data Base and Message Board Service, including on site training and 24/7 support through the ILS home office. The requirement will include an initial 9 months base period, and four 12-month options. The base period of performance is 1/1/03 through 9/30/03, plus the four option years. Performance is located in Philadelphia, PA. This procurement is being processed under the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, FAR 13.5, and is being set-aside for 100% small business participation. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS)# is 541519, size standard $21M. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is a solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
