- NA The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price acquisition. This is a Small Business Set-a-side with a 100% Option Quantity valid for a period of 30 days prior to last scheduled delivery. This acquisition is for the procurement of thirty-two (32) each Fuel Tank, NSN: 2910-01-150-0729, IAW commercial part number 70-1052. A drawing package may be requested via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Eileen.Henry@mail1.monmouth.army.mil . Delivery is within 90 days after award, FOB Destination to New Cumberlan d, PA 17070 and Stockton, CA 95296. Early delivery at no cost to the Government is encouraged. PACKAGING AND PACKING shall be IAW MIL-STD-2073. Bar Code Markings are required IAW AIM BC1 USSC39 and MIL-STD-129N. The US Army communications Electronics Comma nd (CECOM) has established the IBOP Website to allow electronic transmittals of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). Upon accessing this web page, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply typing ?guest? for the log-on ID and password. Regi stration for a user-ID and password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of a bid to CECOM through the IBOP.
