Description
NA PRON: AX246427AXAX, NSN: 2840-00-176-3579, PN: 1-120-000-14, Quantity: 39 each plus two 100% options applicable to the UH-1Turbine Engine (T-53). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX . Required delivery with First Article Testing is 39 each, 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 39 each, 210 DACA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. Thi s item is restricted to Mc Gregor Manufacturing Corporation, Cage Code: 19902, Electro-Methods Inc, Cage Code: 33617, and Tect Utica Corporation, Cage Code: 79000 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in o rder to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by acc essing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign re quests for this solicitation will not be honored.
