28 NOUN: TUBE and FITTINGS. SOL F34601-03-R-52605, DUE DATE: 30 Nov 2002, Mark Pritchard / LPKBB / (405) 734-8756. Item 0001 NSN 4710-01-436-5344NZ, P/N: 4083733-01, 780 EA. Applicable to: F100, PW100/200/220/220E. Approx. Nickel Alloy, Spec AMS 5581 .5" Dia. X .035" Thick X 8.345" L. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Governments Required Delivery: 31 Jul 2004, 780 ea. Qualification Requirements apply, First Article Required for award other than OEM. The approximate issue date will be 30 Oct 2002. Complete data to manufacture this part is NOT AVAILABLE! Additionally, this part requires manufacturing and processing acceptance data that is separate from the blueprint and is NOT OWNED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. The U.S. Government plans to award any resultant contract to United Technologies, Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford CT CAGE 52661. However, subcontracting opportunities may be available through Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford. Companies interested in sub-contracting opportunities contact Pratt & Whitney directly as no information is available through the U.S. Government. No telephone requests or fax request will be accepted. The approximate issue date will be 28 Oct 2002 and the approximate response date will be 29 Nov 2002. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns dealing with this requirement. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or the Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
