- Description
- The government requires purchase, installation, initial training, and extended warranty/maintenance of all hardware and software to meet the minimum system requirements for one operating system as specified in the attachment. System must be Common Operating Environment (COE) compliant. System must be either Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL) 4 certified or have a scheduled evaluation date for EAL certification in accordance with the National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems Security Policy (NSTISSP) No. 11. Each system(s) must be compatible with the latest version of the Iona Orbix 2000, Tivoli, and Java Run Time. It must include C and C++ compilers, linkers and development libraries. If the proposed system is a single computer, it must be able to be partitioned into a minimum of four (4) completely independent partitions with no single point of failure. The system must contain the minimum hardware and software capabilities specified in the attachment. The acquisition will be full and open competition resulting in a FFP award. The NAICS is 334119 with a size standard of 1000 employees.
