- Description
- This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This solicitation shall be issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 548-03-34 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business only. The NAICS code is 811212 with a size standard of less than $21 million. Contractor is to provide maintenance and repair services on a time and material basis, for miscellaneous printers located throughout the VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trial West Palm Beach, Florida 33410, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance shall be January 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with four (4) one (1) year options for renewal. Solicitation shall be issued on or about October 29, 2002. The response date shall be on or about November 19, 2002. All questions to the solicitation shall be in writing and faxed to 561-882-6507. No verbal questions will be honored.
