- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cincinnati Ohio is soliciting quotes to provide labor, material, tools and equipment necessary to perform full on-site maintenance, to include on-call maintenance and any manufacturer=92s recommended maintenance, on Ricoh copiers. Period of service will be from date of award through September 30, 2003, with four pre-priced option years running October 1, through September 30, of each option year. NAICS 811212 with size standard of $21.0 million applies. This procurement is unrestricted. Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be available on or about October 15, 2002. RFQs may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Contracting Officer. Written requests might include facimile, e-mail, or courier delivered requests, and must contain requester's Company Name, Address, Contact Point, Telephone and Facsimile number, and e-mail address.
