- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IISI Corporation, 19 Sterling Road, PO Box 349, North Billerica, MA 01862 for Ship Tagging, Tracking, and Locating (STTL). IISI is uniquely qualified to conduct the efforts required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-JUL-2002).
