Description

One time purchase for large 25,000 Plastic Protractor, Die cut wheel 152.4 mm (6?) and 622.3 x 47.6 mm (24? x 1-7/8?) Scale attached to the center with a Brass Grommet. Wheel and scale printing in two colors of ink. Plastic material is a Clear Hard Rigid Plastic approximately 0.065? thick. The round disk is to be die-cut with 22 different shapes within the disk. Most of the shapes are round, rectangle, oval or triangle, however three are not. The cut outs CNC Routed with no Flash around cuts +/- .005. The scale is also die cut so that one end curves up and the hole will align with one of the edges of the scale. The round disk and the scale are held together with a brass grommet. The die cut (must be cleanly cut) and the printing must register together on both pieces. Previous printed sample will be furnished with 4 changes to be made on the scale. Requires 10 Prior-to-production samples, and delivery of 10,000 copies on or before November 29, 2002 and the balance on or before December 30, 2002.
