Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 18,195 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 15,822 usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be January 2, 2004 or sooner, if practical. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North by I-10; East by Thomasville Road; South by John Knox Rd. and West by Tharpe St. Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with a minimum of 30 on-site surface assigned parking spaces plus additional employee parking within 1,000 ft. A 50 ft. setback for new construction is required from the curb of the street to the front curtain wall of the building.
