- ******** PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS SOLICITATION******** VENDOR MUST PROVIDE NEXT DAY ON SITE PARTS AND LABOR TO GERMANY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-03-JMT-0013 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: LEXMARK T522DN with 3 year extended warranty, QTY 5; CLIN 2: LEXMARK X522 with 3 year extended warranty, QTY. 1; CLIN 3: Toner Cartridge, black for LEXMARK 522, QUT. 12; CLIN 4: TEKTRONIX PHASER 8200M60DP, QTY 6; CLIN 5: Letter Tray 8 ? x 11 with 3 year extended warranty, QTY.6; CLIN 6: CYAN COLORSTIX, QTY. 12; CLIN 7: MAGENTA COLORSTIX, QYY. 12; CLIN 8: YELLOW COLORSTIX, QTY. 12; CLIN 9: BLACK COLORSTIX, QTY. 12; CLIN 10: TEKTRONIX PHASER 6200M60DP, QTY. 4; CLIN 11: Letter Tray with 3 year extended warranty, QTY.4; CLIN 12: CYAN COLORSTIX , QTY.8; CLIN 13: MAGENTA COLORSTIX, QTY. 8; CLIN 14: YELLOW COLORSTIX, QTY. 8; CLIN 15: BLACK COLORSTIX, QTY. 8; CLIN 16: TEKTRONIX PHASER 1235 DX with 3 year warranty, QTY. 2; CLIN 17: Toner set for Phaser (all colors), QTY. 4. PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: ALL ITEMS MUST BE 220V/ENBLISH VERSION AND EXTENDED THREE YEAR WARRANTY. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE NEXT BUSINESS DAY ON-SITE FOR ALL PARTS AND LABOR. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT OFFER THIS SERVICE. This procurement is for the Department of the Army in Germany. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
