- IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on / or after 06-01-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror / quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote. This announcement is published as a Total Small Business Set-Aside action per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6 (this means you must be a small business, quoting the product of a small-business manufacturer); all eligible, responsible sources may submit an offer. This requirement is to advertise a requirements contract for pack and crate service of personal property for NAS Fallon. The NAS Fallon contract covers Schedule I (outbound), Schedule II (Inbound), and Schedule III (intra-city and int ra-area moves). This contract will cover the period January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. The area of performance is Lyon and Churchill counties in Nevada. The standard industrial code is 4214 (NAICS 48421) and the business size standard is $18.5 million. All responsible small business sources with an active PUC license may submit an offer. It is anticipate that the solicitation will be available on October 25, 2002 on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link http://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the reference web links frequently updated to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued. See numbered note #1.
