- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with 5 Star Parking, a small business, for the lease of approximately 24 parking spaces at its office location in the Wanamaker Building, Philadelphia, PA. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all inf ormation received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to compet ition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The SIC Code for this procurement is 7521 with a size standard of $6 million annual gross receipts.
