- NA Step-By-Step Instructions For Accessing The Draft RFP For DoD DTS Travel Services DAAB15-02-R-1004 The draft RFP for Small Business Set-asides (solicitation number DAAB15-02-R-1004) has been posted on the United States Department of Army Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site and maybe found at: https ://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The RFP and all attachments with related information will only be available at that address. The IBOP web site has been established to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), and the receipt of proposals. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the Interactive Business Opportunities Page. To access the IBOP web site go to the web site provided below. https://abop.monmouth.army.mil Registration for a user ID and password will be necessary when browsing or considering the submission of proposals to CECOM over the IBOP. This can be accomplished by selecting the New User Registration icon on the right side of the IBOP Home Page under Us er Services. Next, click on the Icon that pertains to your organization. For industry personnel, pick one the given selections and click on the Icon. For Government personnel pick from one of the given selections and click on the Icon. Simply follow the instructions on the following page and provide the necessary requested information. Once you have successfully completed the new user registration click on the Submit Request button on the bottom of the page. After the new user registration has been completed and the user has obtained their username and password, accessing the potential opportunities is simple. Select CECOM Comm.-Elec. Comm.-Active under Army Solicitations Login & View By Army Contracting Activity and then click GO. The easiest way to view the Draft RFP for DoD DTS Travel Services is to enter the solicitation number DAAB15-02-R -1004 into the search box and then click the Search button. The search results will show a screen with a link to the solicitation, simply click on the blue DAAB-15-02-R-1004 link. That link will take you to the follow page where you are able to access all the information regarding the Draft RFP for DoD DTS Travel Services and download the draft solicitation and attachments. To download the solicitation and attachments simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue file link. Comments are requested no later than October 30, 2002. Comments will be reviewed and incorporated as appropriate into the final RFP that will be released in November 2002.
