- NA THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY DAAH23-03-C-0011, Tail Rotor Supplemental Abrasion Strip (SAS), PRON: 4629R53846AX, NAICS CODE: 336413. Quantity: 3,264 each, Inspection and acceptance at Orgin, FOB Point : Destination. CLOSING DATE: 23 October 2002. These Items are sole source to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Composite Technollgy, Inc (CTI) 1001 Avenue R, Grand Prairie, Texas 75053-5539. This procurement requires pre-qualification. All responsible sources submit a proposal, which shall be consider ed by the agency. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposal contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are (CTI). The time required for new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations. Numbered Notes (s) 22 apply.
