- NA The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ has a requirement for a Relocation Specialist to provide assistance to include Lending Closet operation; Information and Referral execution to include Centralized Intake, Processing of Army Emergency Relief Loans/Grants, Coordination of Army Family Action Plan to include responsibility for holding symposiums, Army Family Team Building coordination and teaching of various human services classes, administrative operations and coordination of USAYPG Blood Drives. Offerors shall provide evidence of experience and/or education of in Social Services or Human Service related fields. The complete solicitation and statement of work will be located on our web site listed below on or about 21 October 2002. The proposed contract is for a 10-month Base period and two (2) One-Year Option Periods. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13 under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Commercial Items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-A side. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8399 and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 813319 with a size standard of $6.0 Million.
