- PROPOSED SYNOPSIS Title: Protestant 11:00 Sunday Choir Director Client: Patrick AFB Chapel This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition. The required service is to provide a Protestant Choir Director for the Patrick AFB Chapel. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance is 1 Dec 2002 ? 30 Sep 2007. This effort will be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of five years and paid using Government Convenience Checks. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 8661, business size of $5.0M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 81311. IMPORTANT: The Department of Defense (DOD) has determined the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be the Single DOD registration for contractors who conduct business or who are interested in conducting business with the Department. You may register in CCR on-line at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. It is mandatory to obtain a DUNS number prior to registering in CCR by calling Dun & Bradstreet (1-800-333-0505). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 17 Oct 02 at http://www2.eps.gov/spg/.
