- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall maintain approximately 730 MFH facilities at Tinker AFB, OK, including some utility responsibilities, to achieve clean, safe, and livable conditions. MFH maintenance applies to all housing facilities, storage and garage buildings, playgrounds, recreation fields, bus shelters, and specified grounds on approximately 40 acres of land. The contractor shall also maintain contractor occupied areas and buildings. The performance period is anticipated to be 15 Mar 03 - 31 Mar 08. This includes a possible two-week orientation period prior to the Basic Contract Period of 01 Apr 03 - 31 Mar 04 and four (4) option periods. The following dates would apply to the options (if exercised): Option I period of performance: 01 Apr 04 - 31 Mar 05; Option II: 01 Apr 05 - 31 Mar 06; Option III: 01 Apr 06 - 31 Mar 07; and Option IV: 01 Apr 07 - 31 Mar 08. Offerors are advised that this solicitation is a total Hub-Zone Set-aside.
