This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation #F33CES22520300. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09 Notice: This acquisition is 100 % small business set-aside for business concerns and is under NAICS code 421830, not to exceed 100 employees. Contractor shall submit a quotation on EPOKE S 3500 Sirius spreader, model 6 m3 (7.8 cu yd) or equal with the following features: driving wheel system, hydraulic (former SW model), stainless roller with plastic cams ? 6mm ? 6-7m3 (.2? ? 7.8-9.2 cu yd), 1 m3 (1.3 cu yd) hopper extension for models 6-7 m3 (7.8-9.2 cu yd), grey hopper cover, for models 6-7 m3 (7.8-9.2 cu yd), screen- 50X50 (2?X2?)-for models 6-7 m3 (7.8-9.2 cu yd), EpoMaster remote control unit, basic (no data collection slot), mechanical speed sensor adapter for speedometer cable, flexible controller stand arm for EpoMaster controller, distribution box-large, level indicator- liquid, level indicator-dry material, automatic lift of driving wheel, rubber apron, 1075 X 600mm (42?X 24?), hopper leg system with front mounted roller, for model 6/7 m3 (9.2 cu) ( 7.8-9 cu yd), prewetting pump and control system, side tanks, 2x1100 (2X290 gal)-6.7 m3 (7.8-9.2 cu yd), Beacon light, orange 12V, dual beacon wiring kit, adjustable full length hopper guide- for models 6-7 m3 (7.8-9 cu yd), spreading symmetry- electric.
