- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing a solicitation for computer support services for the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), 1960 Industrial Circle, Suite A, in Longmont, Colorado in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). The required services include, but are not limited to, on-site technical support to assist NIC with installation and configuration services, integration, repair work, network management and troubleshooting for their information-technology resources. The solicitation document, contains, in detail, the Statement of Work and security clearance requirements. The period of performance is a base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Electronic files containing the full text of the solicitation are hereby issued concurrently. Offerors responding to this Request for Proposals shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the solicitation. Proposals shall be submitted in hard copy with the original signatures plus two (2) copies. Fax or electronic submissions will not be considered. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with firm-fixed price session fees. See Note #1.
